Tier 1 Starter Pack: A one-time payment of $147 grants you access to the PrettyQuizCodes Starter workspace, including the full effects library, quiz builder dashboard, Canva image templates, guided setup walkthroughs, AI prompt library, and three bonus quiz builds (Realtor Buyer Quiz, Product Reveal Quiz, Lead Capture Quiz + GHL Snapshot).
Monthly subscription ($17/mo): A recurring monthly fee that keeps your workspace active and funds ongoing effects drops, new question styles, and platform maintenance. This subscription begins at the time of purchase and renews automatically each month.
All sales are final. The one-time payment of $147 and any monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
Your $17/mo subscription can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace access will remain active through the end of your current billing period, then pause. Any quizzes you have already deployed to GoHighLevel will continue to function — they do not depend on PrettyQuizCodes to run.
You may reactivate your subscription at any time to regain access to your workspace, effects library, and new drops.
Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use PrettyQuizCodes for your own projects and client work. This includes:

Violation of these license terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.
All PrettyQuizCodes code, design systems, effects libraries, templates, documentation, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of Living Logos Media. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership. You own the quizzes you build and deploy, but not the underlying PrettyQuizCodes system that produced them.
PrettyQuizCodes is designed to work with GoHighLevel (GHL). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with GoHighLevel. Changes to GHL's platform, APIs, or quiz/survey builder may affect PrettyQuizCodes functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to third-party platform changes.
We strive to keep the PrettyQuizCodes workspace available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.
PrettyQuizCodes is provided "as is." Living Logos Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
