Terms of Service.

By purchasing or using PrettyQuizCodes, you agree to these terms. PrettyQuizCodes is operated by Living Logos Media. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the service.

PrettyQuizCodes Starter Pack: $147 one-time + $17/mo

A one-time payment of $147 gives you access to the PrettyQuizCodes workspace and every niche snapshot system available at the time of your purchase. Each snapshot includes a fully built quiz, scoring logic, GHL workflows, tags, and nurture sequences. All are ready to import and deploy. A recurring subscription of $17/mo keeps your workspace active, grants access to all future snapshot releases as they are added, and covers the full PrettyQuizCodes feature suite including the quiz builder, LP Builder, all question types, and ongoing platform updates.

All sales are final. One-time payments and monthly subscription charges are non-refundable. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

Your monthly subscription can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your workspace access remains active through the end of your current billing period, then pauses. Any quizzes you have already deployed to GoHighLevel will continue to function. They do not depend on PrettyQuizCodes to run after deployment.

You may reactivate your subscription at any time to regain access to your workspace, template library, and new drops.

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use PrettyQuizCodes for your own projects and client work. This includes:

• Unlimited quiz and page builds for your own GoHighLevel accounts and sub-accounts.
• Use on client projects across all sub-accounts you manage.
• Customization of all provided code, templates, and assets for deployment.

This license does not include:

• Reselling, redistributing, or sharing workspace access, code, or assets with anyone outside your organization.
• Sharing login credentials with others.
• Repackaging PrettyQuizCodes assets as part of a competing product.
• Removing or modifying PrettyQuizCodes watermarks or canary codes from any distributed assets.

Violation of these license terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

All PrettyQuizCodes code, design systems, effects libraries, templates, documentation, and platform architecture are the intellectual property of Living Logos Media. Your license grants usage rights, not ownership. You own the quizzes and pages you build and deploy, but not the underlying PrettyQuizCodes system that produced them.

PrettyQuizCodes is designed to work with GoHighLevel (GHL). We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially partnered with GoHighLevel. Changes to GHL's platform, APIs, or builder tools may affect PrettyQuizCodes functionality. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain compatibility, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to third-party platform changes.

We strive to keep the PrettyQuizCodes workspace available at all times but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The platform may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any losses resulting from downtime.

PrettyQuizCodes is provided "as is." Living Logos Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost leads, or business interruption. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding any claim.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
